Stage Fright: Writing Horror for Theater

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Join us as we discuss the rich, compelling history of horror presented on the stage. From the Grand Guignol specializing in grotesque, realistic horror vignettes to more recent Broadway fare such as Grey House by Levi Holloway, horror has endured and enjoyed a dynamic and exciting history in the theater. Our panelists will discuss the complex history of horror theater from William Shakespeare (Titus Andronicus) to Sarah Kane (Blasted), while offering useful advice for those interested in crafting their own horror plays.
